Cindy is the Founder of The Enneagram Academy, the first and largest Accredited Enneagram School by the International Enneagram Association (IEA) in Southeast Asia. She is an Accredited Professional with the IEA and is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a member of Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). She is effectively bilingual and is both psychology and business trained.

She has also founded Relationship Studio and Divine Connect, helping people find and build meaningful relationships. She is also the resident Love Expert of Mediacorp Class 95 FM (every Tuesday night with John Klass) and Bumble.

Cindy is an international speaker and author of 3 books. For the last decade, she has impacted more than 20,000 lives and counting.

Coen is an Enneagram Master Trainer and Communication Coach. Having emerged from a decade of depression, Coen brings his unique experiences, fresh perspectives and finely-honed skills to people he works with. Coen has trained regionally and spoken in Singapore, China, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and Taiwan.

A Distinguished Toastmaster, Coen has achieved the Gold Distinction Award (Speaking in Public) by the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA). He is also a member of the Global Speakers Federation (GSF), Asia Professional Speakers Singapore (APSS), Association of Talent Development (ATD) and Adult Educators’ Network (AEN).

Coen’s dynamic energy, authentic style, personable approach and sometimes unorthodox style are infectious and instrumental in helping his clients achieve personal breakthroughs and unleash their underlying potential.

Dr. ElSherbini is an Enneagram professional and a Spiral Dynamics Integral practitioner. Holding a MSc in Psychology, Dr ElSherbini is also a teacher, master, ICF PCC Coach and practitioner in Family Constellations, NLP, Reiki, Spiral Dynamics and the Integral Model.

Dr. ElSherbini is the Founder and Chairman of The Consciousness Academy, an academy for consciousness studies and the oldest accredited Enneagram School in the Middle East. He is also the author and teacher of Awaken through Enneagram, Integral Enneagram and Conscious Coaching with the Integral Enneagram.

Dr. ElSherbini has numerous publications in the fields of engineering, management, consciousness, spirituality, and transpersonal psychology. His MSc Psychology dissertation was on the Enneagram and Transpersonal Psychology.

Eile is the Founder of Daaamn Good Pte Ltd, a company that helps people live their best lives with meaningful collaborations and a unique H.E.A.R.T. Selling approach that incorporates empathy and action, leading to fulfilling and rewarding client relationships.

Eile spent two decades in the financial services business and recently authored "Hey! Wake Up Already", a book about end-of-life matters and her edupreneur journey. Eile is also the passionate food content creator behind the Instagram channel @heyjiaksimi. From its humble beginnings, it evolved into hosting various live shows, food and lifestyle events.

Eile is well-known for her larger-than-life personality. Besides injecting high energy into her keynote presentations, she engages audiences with her authentic style and practical strategies.

Huzzy A Rahman is a Certified Enneagram Coach, musician, composer, singer, author, curriculum developer, Master of Ceremony, certified IAIM Infant Massage Coach, Goulding SleepTalk® Foundation Coach and TCM Meridian Massage Ambassador.

As a coach, co-founder and Director of Our Music Studio, Huzzy has seen the impact of effective communication between parents and children, as well as being in touch one one’s emotions, on the mutual bonding, learning and interactive experience. This is enhanced further with the Enneagram, which helps guide children on their ever-growing journey. Learning about her blind spots, strengths and areas of growth has empowered Huzzy to be a better version of herself.

Dr Frederik Coene is a seasoned EU diplomat and is currently based in Kyiv, where he manages EU-funded cooperation programmes with war-torn Ukraine. He holds an MA in Commercial Studies, an MA in Caucasian and Central Asian Studies, and a PhD in Political Sciences.

Being a researcher and teacher at heart and having a passion for understanding human behaviour, he dedicates his free time to research in the domain of the psychology of the Enneatypes.

One of the few experienced researchers in this field, Dr Coene specialises in human sexuality and its relationship with type, instinct, and level of development. He is conducting research into the Enneagram, death and spirituality. He has published several articles for the Enneagram Monthly journal and has presented at numerous IEA conferences.

James has worked with over 2,500 jobseekers from all walks of life, supporting them in their journey to discover their career goals and move forward in their transition phase. He has also co-designed and delivered career development programmes for adults with positive impact. He facilitated workshops for youths at University of Birmingham - UniSIM and Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts as a form of giving back to the community.

He is a certified Career Development Facilitator (CDF) and completed his Specialist Diploma in Career Counselling. He attained several certifications including Harrison Assessment Practitioner, Certification in Hope Action Theory and Practice, Certified Career Construction Practitioner, Choice Theory and Reality Therapy Certified Practitioner and Certified Enneagram Coach with The Enneagram Academy.

Agnes Lau is a Director/Trainer of Mind Transformations Pte Ltd, an avant-garde training consulting firm (founded in 1997) that specializes in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Enneagram Personality Profiling and Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram (NLE), Coaching (accredited by the International Association of Coaching Institutes, ICI), Brain Compatible Learning training, and increasing one’s overall wellbeing holistically. 

She is one of the first Enneagram teachers in South East Asia, since 2000, and is an International Enneagram Association (IEA) Accredited Professional (AP) and Coach.  She co-developed the proprietary NLE Profiler and certification program, and was also a founder and the Treasurer of the then Enneagram Association of Singapore.

Agnes comes from a professional research-based career, armed with a Statistics and Computer Science B. Sc. (Hons) degree from University College London, U.K., and an M.B.A. from Monash University, Australia.  She has held the posts of assistant director, research manager and statistician; conducting government surveys and studies, stockbroking, real estate, and market research.

She is a Certified NLP Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapy and Time Line TherapyÔ Practitioner.  She works with various holistic healthcare modalities, including personality profiling.  She is personally trained by Don Riso and Russ Hudson of The Enneagram Institute^SM (US), today’s foremost developers of the Enneagram; Ginger Lapid-Bogda, Ph.D., of The Enneagram in Business (US); Peter O’Hanrahan of The Enneagram At Work (US), an associate of Enneagram Worldwide; Tom Condon of The Changeworks (US); and licensed to use Enneagram TechnologyÔ from the developers, Lifeworx Associates (US).  She has also undergone accelerated teaching training by Dr. Richard Allen of Impact Learning Inc. (US).

As a certified addiction recovery coach and researcher in addition and co-dependency, Mai leads a community in Enneagram Egypt named Rise and Shine, where she works on members’ golden shadows, talents and undiscovered skills.

Michelle is an Accredited Enneagram Coach for the last 3 years. Having a strong Human Resource background in multinational companies, she has been the in-house coach to her associates and HODs, guiding them on the right path toward becoming their best self.

Michelle has been working with the Enneagram to understand and help the individuals she coaches. Her open and receptive demeanour allows others to feel comfortable sharing their life and story with her. Becoming an Enneagram Coach has augmented her abilities to be an active listener, and an analytical and compassionate coach.

Joanne is an independent financial adviser with IPP Financial Advisers. With more than 14 years of experience under her belt, Joanne specialises in comprehensive financial planning and consistently ranks as one of the top 10 FAs in IPP. She is also one of the Top 1% of FAs worldwide.

Joanne is passionate about investments, estate planning and will-writing, and has achieved the prestigious Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification. Joanne was invited to appear in “Common Cents” on MediaCorp’s Channel 5, where she shared her views on how to retire well and build one’s very own private ATM.

Cynthia is a Voice Coach, Professional Speaker, TEDx speaker and Best-Selling Author. Her career spans 20 years and her professional engagements cover 20 countries and territories across five continents. She has appeared on USA’s Discover Your Talent Show, Singapore’s Radio 938 Live, Hong Kong’s Radio 3 and Malaysia’s Business Radio BFM.

Cynthia is an IEA-Accredited Professional and has presented at the IEA International Conference in USA, as well as several IEA regional conferences in Europe and Latin America. She has studied the Enneagram since 2008 with some of the world’s best Enneagram experts such as Russ Hudson, Helen Palmer, Tom Condon and Jessica Dibb. Cynthia has been teaching voice and Enneagram programmes around the world for the past eight years.

Seok Hian is a certified consultant, professional coach, and facilitator of Mind Transformations. She is also the founder of IKIGAI Consultancy Services. With more than 20 years of HR & leadership experience specialising in organization development, talent management and leadership coaching, she partners with organisational leaders to grow, scale and transform their businesses.

Seok Hian applies the Enneagram in all aspects of her life and is the co-developer of the Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram (NLE) by Mind Transformations. She has conducted more than a thousand Enneagram profiling sessions for both individuals and teams over the last 15 years. Her clients include technology start-ups and companies from the e-commerce, media & advertising, financial institutions, education, IT, construction and biomedical industries.

Kelvin Sng is a leading Singaporean film director and the Founder of Kelvin Sng Productions, a production company and training academy that provides film, media, theatre and drama production services, workshops, courses and programmes.

Since founding the company in 2008, Kelvin has produced numerous feature films. His debut films, “Taxi! Taxi!” and “The Fortune Handbook”, crossed the million dollar mark at Singapore and Sarawak box offices, earning Kelvin the title of Million Dollar Director. “Taxi! Taxi!” was also the first official entry from Singapore at the ASEAN International Film Festival and Awards 2013 held in Sarawak, where it also won the Special Jury Award.

Kelvin has recently completed his third feature film "Don't Go Home Tonight", scheduled for travelling in international film festivals before its official release in 2023.

Jason leads a team of fun-loving and professional individuals whom he coaches, groom and mentor according to their tailored life goals. Previously, Eddie was the Executive Director of Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI).
