Dr. Khaled ElSherbini

Dr. Khaled ElSherbini is a transpersonal psychologist, Enneagram teacher, consciousness researcher, and founder of Consciousness Academy, an IEA-accredited Enneagram school serving the Middle East and international communities worldwide.

His work explores the intersection of personality, human development, psycho-spiritual awakening, and integral consciousness. Over many years of teaching, research, coaching, and contemplative practice, he has developed an integrative approach that brings the Enneagram into dialogue with developmental psychology and the wisdom traditions of both East and West.

Dr. ElSherbini is the creator of the Stages of the Heart, a developmental psycho-spiritual framework exploring the progressive awakening and transformation of human consciousness. Within his wider Integral Enneagram work, he distinguishes between the horizontal understanding of personality offered by the Enneagram and the vertical journeys of cognitive development and psycho-spiritual awakening.

An experienced international presenter and educator, his teaching seeks to bridge psychological understanding with lived transformation, helping individuals and leaders move beyond knowing themselves toward embodying greater awareness, wisdom, compassion, and conscious presence.
