Coen Tan

Coen Tan helps leaders and teams see one another more accurately. In many organisations, capable people are misunderstood every day: the deliberate colleague is labelled slow, the questioning one difficult, and the quiet one disengaged. Coen uses the Enneagram as a precision tool to uncover the motivations beneath behaviour, helping teams recognise strengths that may otherwise be overlooked.

Through highly engaging learning experiences, Coen helps participants understand their unconscious motivations, triggers, and worldviews, while developing practical ways to lead, collaborate, and communicate more effectively.

In May 2024, Coen was conferred the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, a distinction held by the top 12 percent of professional speakers globally.

Coen has taught the Enneagram since 2014 and has facilitated more than 200 Enneagram workshops for corporations and individuals. He also conducts Enneagram Practitioner Certification Programmes for coaches, trainers, and people leaders.

Accredited by the International Enneagram Association as an Enneagram Master Trainer, Coen has deepened his practice under several respected teachers of the tradition, including the late Claudio Naranjo, widely regarded as a key pioneer of the modern Enneagram. Coen is among the few Singaporean Enneagram teachers who trained directly under Claudio Naranjo.
