James Tan

James has worked with over 2,500 jobseekers from all walks of life, supporting them in their journey to discover their career goals and move forward in their transition phase. He has also co-designed and delivered career development programmes for adults with positive impact. He facilitated workshops for youths at University of Birmingham – UniSIM and Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts as a form of giving back to the community.

He is a certified Career Development Facilitator (CDF) and completed his Specialist Diploma in Career Counselling. He attained several certifications including Harrison Assessment Practitioner, Certification in Hope Action Theory and Practice, Certified Career Construction Practitioner, Choice Theory and Reality Therapy Certified Practitioner and Certified Enneagram Coach with The Enneagram Academy.
