Tang Seok Hian

Seok Hian is the founder of IKIGAI Consultancy Services Pte Ltd. She specializes in Leadership Development, Training, and Coaching and aspires to grow teams and leaders in organizations. She is also the co-developer of the Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram (NLE) profiling tool with Mind Transformations.

With more than 25 years of HR and leadership experience and 20 years of practicing Enneagram, Seok Hian now mostly applies Enneagram in leadership coaching, co-founders’ relationship coaching, and team coaching. She also facilitates team workshops using the Enneagram and unlocks the team’s ability to have deep conversations, alignment, and trust, thus helping teams optimize their team dynamics and drive performance.

She is also the author of “Making Team Dynamics Visible – A Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram Approach to Unlocking Team Performance” and a co-author of “Leadership Is Not Automatic – How Leading with Intentionality Amplifies Your Influence for Lasting Impact”.
